Attendee Rules and Code of Conduct
To ensure a productive and respectful environment for all participants, attendees of the SEMI-THERM Symposium are expected to abide by the following rules and code of conduct:
1. Registration & Badges

All attendees must be registered and wear their official event badge at all times.

Badges are non-transferable. Entry to sessions, exhibits, and meals may be denied without a valid badge.
2. Professional Conduct

All attendees must conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and inclusively at all times.

Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
3. Photography & Recording

Photography, video, or audio recording of sessions, presentations, or exhibits is prohibited without prior written permission from both the symposium organizers and the presenter.

Semi-Therm staff may take photos/videos for archival and promotional purposes.
4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Do not share or distribute technical content, presentation slides, or proprietary information without explicit authorization.

Respect all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property shared during the symposium.
5. Session Etiquette

Arrive on time, silence electronic devices, and avoid disruptive behavior during sessions.

Q&A periods should be used for relevant, concise, and respectful discussion.
6. Exhibit Hall & Sponsor Interactions

Attendees are encouraged to visit exhibit booths and interact with sponsors in a professional manner.

Soliciting or selling products/services unrelated to the symposium without prior approval is not permitted.
7. Health & Safety (if applicable)

Follow any public health guidelines or venue-specific safety protocols in place at the time of the event.

Respect others’ comfort levels regarding personal space and masking.
8. SEMI-THERM Code of Ethics

All participants are expected to adhere to the SEMI-THERM Attendee Code of Ethics, which governs professional and ethical behavior within SEMI-THERM events.
