Welcome to the SEMI-THERM 28 Author Center!

This page contains information and links to important details for submitting and tracking abstracts and manuscripts. We welcome abstracts from all technologists. Please review the Call for Papers for details.

We invite technologists in thermal modeling, measurement and management to submit an abstract for the upcoming SEMI-THERM 28. We are using the START system for abstract submission, tracking and review. The URL is below. Please create an account on the system and upload your abstract. You may submit multiple abstracts for consideration.

Deadline for submissions is September 26, 2011. Until that date, you may continue to submit updated versions of your abstract/summary, superseding any earlier versions.

You will be notified by October 31, 2011 regarding the final decision on your proposal. For those accepted for SEMI-THERM 28, you'll then have until January 2, 2012 to prepare your final manuscript (using our Template) upload it for inclusion in the SEMI-THERM Proceedings and CD-ROM.

We have added a new track to our technical program specifically aimed towards data center thermal issues. The call for papers link is below.
