The THERMI Award - A Tradition of Excellence
Each year, SEMI-THERM honors a person as a Significant Contributor to the field of semiconductor thermal management. The THERMI award is intended to recognize a recipient's history of contributions to crucial thermal issues affecting the performance of semiconductor devices and systems.

Nominations are solicited from the community at large. The THERMI winner is selected from among the nominations by past SEMI-THERM chairs and past THERMI winners.

A nomination can be submitted through the cutoff date of November 15, 2009 for the ST26 cycle (2010). We encourage your nominations. Please download the nomination information and procedure.
