Copies of the Proceedings (on CD-ROM, or printed) are available for $75 each, post-paid, from Tom Tarter. We invite you to submit a paper for SEMI-THERM 2011, in San Jose -- it is being held in March, at the DoubleTree Hotel in San Jose. More details are on the SEMI-THERM Home Page. |
